Website Terms of Use

Effective September 10, 2026

Agreement and adult use

These Website Terms of Use govern access to and use of www.taketwotutoring.com, operated by Take Two Tutoring. By using the website or submitting a consultation request, you agree to these Terms.

The consultation form is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a request. If you provide student information, you represent that you are the student's parent or legal guardian or are otherwise authorized to provide it. Children under 13 may not submit personal information through the public website.

Website and consultation requests

Website content provides general information about Take Two Tutoring and possible tutoring services. It is not educational, psychological, medical, legal, or other professional advice for a particular student.

Submitting a consultation request does not create a tutoring relationship, reserve an appointment, guarantee availability, or obligate either party to proceed. A tutoring relationship begins only after Take Two Tutoring accepts an engagement and the responsible adult agrees to a separate tutoring-services agreement.

Appropriate use

Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide. Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial-account information, medical records, full school records, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through the consultation form. Do not submit unlawful, threatening, harassing, infringing, or malicious content.

You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest information, impersonate another person, evade security controls, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

No guarantee and availability

Take Two Tutoring may describe instructional approaches and intended goals, but does not promise or guarantee a particular grade, test score, placement, admission decision, classroom outcome, or other academic result.

We may correct, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as is and as available, without warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed.

Privacy and law

Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information. These Terms are governed by Tennessee law. A dispute concerning only the public website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Fayette County, Tennessee, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting revised Terms and changing the effective date. Questions may be sent to info@taketwotutoring.com.
